I'll throw my buck in just to show you guys my biggest buck to date. Shot 10/25/2013. Cascade black tail. Taking the rack in to the puyallup sportsman show this month to have it scored.

My deer of the year vote is for all the "first deer": does, bucks, kids, and adults. First deer will always be the BEST deer. ;)

PathfinderJR's general season mulie.  Not the biggest this year, but he's a pretty happy kid.

No not a kapowsin buck. He's a south east buck. Only buck I saw in kapowsin this year was a small 2 pt :(

My vote goes to Bonnie' s first blacktail.  Had to edit after I saw your criteria.  Stand by my thinking it's deer of the year,  but 160 as a minimum for blacktail?  That's a pretty high bar.
I agree with Mike450r, this is Bonnie's first deer and I don't know the score but it is one of the biggest blacktail I have seen.

Ya sorry bro but 160" for a true peninsula blacktail isn't going to happen.  Personally, I think anything over 120" for a blacktail shot on the peninsula is a big blacktail.
