Future Bowhunter
« on: January 01, 2014, 07:23:05 PM »
About to give Smossy a run for his money.... Since he ate tag soup this year, the race will be on next year!  :chuckle:

He bought me this amazing bow for Christmas and we picked it up today. Got all the neat things attached by Rod at Sportsman's Warehouse (he's such a nice guy and knows his stuff!). I'm excited, can't wait.

I think it will be. I got everything I need so far except a quiver and arrows. I shot a few of Smossy's into a target after we brought it home and it was fun! Ton of work and practice to do to keep steady, work the muscles, hold it correctly etc etc but I have some time to go :)

Him and I were going to my spot in central Washington next Sept.  I suppose this means you're coming along too?

Lol I'm not moving in on his plans, if it's just you two then it'll be just you two :) I'll get in where I can elsewhere.

There's more than enough deer to go around.  I'm more than fine with you going if you want.  I'll probably drag at least one of my kids along too
