We're making Russell Wilson dogs. That's a dog with mac and cheese, jalapenos,  carmalized onions, siracia (sp) and sliced tortilla chips. We are adding bacon just to make ot that much bettet

I have my pork ribs marinating right now, gonna smoke them Sunday morn!
