summer 3-d league?
« on: February 18, 2014, 08:44:22 AM »
I was thinking of running a summer 3-d league this year at granite falls sportsman's club.  We shoot every Thursday this summer starting April 3rd-August 21st starting at 5pm.  I was thinking ofrrunning a 10 week league in may June and July.  This way shooters would have 14 weeks to turn in 10 score cards during that time. It would be a running total of all 10 weeks to decide winners in all classes. I haven't work everything out yet just putting it out there to see if anyone would be interested.

Always carry a flagon of whiskey in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake

Thinking like a 20 or 25 dollar entry free plus the weekly shoot fee witch will be 8$ for non  club member shooters.  I believe we are running a 25 target course all summer. The entry fee money will be used towards awards and prizes  I possibly looking at buying T-shirts for all league shooters too.
