Immediate confiscation would likely keep them out of closed areas -- much like if they stop someone with drugs in a vehicle. Think about the money law enforc. could get back by auctioning them off at the end of the year.

Take their rigs away and take 10 points from them for every violation.  I bet that will keep the hunters honest

personally i dont think that taking the rigs away right , i dont think every hunter should live by how other hunters think , if they are breaking the rules then thats there problem not ours , all we can do is report them and if action is taken then they will deal with it , but if they are riding in an area where you are allowed to then whats the problem yea they are loud and all but hey we can do nothing about it , i mean if we piss them off and they piss us off a shooting war might go on
