Oh yeah, I just remembered, I think I took those pics!! ;) I dont think he is a hunter, he's in his sixties and an avid fly fisherman. I agree they are awesome pics and  either of the two would make a nice framer.

Great goat photos. They definitely show the animals in their true element. That top photo has great color and position.

Glad to see a few still up there after they were nearly cleaned out a few years ago  :(, I knew a few had to get away  :). I was up there just out of high school and a buddy fed one a sandwich out of his hand. Not the smartest thing to do but we were just kids.

I was thinking it was. There are a few trees/bushes on the east side of the top that the goats walk around and loose their hair on. The first time I took my daughter up there she was 3 and we picked hair from the goat trees  :chuckle:

Its a neat hike but is loaded with yuppie hikers. I was scolded one time by a lady who just walked out of REI (duded up hiker), for my gear (or lack of gear). She was with some kind of hiking club from Portland and they actually had a bus parked a half a mile from the trailhead and there were at least 25 people in that group. Go in the middle of the week and you MIGHT get lucky and not see anyone.

That is a great picture.
