I have a bunch of 6.5 Grendel in stock but it's all 123gr A-Max. Having used the Grendel extensively over the years and having shot mulies with the A-Max. I would opt for the Hornady 123gr SST as a hunting load over the A-Max.We are waiting for a shipment of Hornady 123gr SST ammunition to arrive. With our 6% discount to Hunt WA members and free shipping on orders over $99. It works out to just under a $1.00 a round for the A-Max or SST in Hornady factory loads. Makes a guy wonder why guys are building 5.56's to shoot the heavier bullet with factory ammo. The cost of heavier match 5.56 ammo is almost always more than 19.00 a box/20. The Grendel with the 123gr A-Max walks all over the heavier 5.56 loads. Performance and energy wise and you can legally hunt with the Grendel/ .264 LBC.
