2014 Multi-Season permits, not shown in draw results?

Is this what you guys are getting when you check:

I checked the back door and the front door, "draw not run yet."

OK, I used another browser and it says I hold no special hunt apps at this time. What gives?

Yes, it says that at top of page.  But, scroll down to multi-season section and mine still says "Draw Not Run Yet"

Scroll down the list, youll see youre 2014 ms ap. I dont think MS is classed as special.

Side door gives me SERVER ERROR.  Something is about to happen.
