Looking at deep fried dogfish this year.  If I had more in the freezer, I'd do merganser salsbury steak.  I'll try to get enough for Summer BBQ 2015.

Here's a start, got her today while trying for lings, thought I got me a nice ling and then this.     Fileted it up for the BBQ.  When I got home, out popped 10 babies, figured I'd save them for hors d'oevres.
