You mean how I called them directly and they are sending everything directly to my house for free? Yeah it's the WORST 
Bad that it's a trend but good customer service for sure... that's exactly what happened on mine. Cam chewed through my string loop.. but yeah they sent me new cams, limbs, string for free and expedited it

my bow might be up and running by Friday *fingers crossed*. It's being put back together at Sportsman's right now.
