So this stuff is predominately salt with selenium added, right? Or is it primarily selenium?

What I use is American Stockmen trace mineral salt with selenium. Without selenium works too.
They are hammering it right now.

Oh truet me--im going to reward the regulars at the honey hole.  I've already dumped 2 50 pound bags an I think ill come back with another bag AND a bkovk next week..

I'd guess it's pointless to add more to it at this time. Maybe not, but tops all you'd need is 2 bags a year. I've only used 1 per year and they were still hitting the 1st lick from last June when I refeshed it this past April.

I use a molasses/salt block and spread some peanut butter on the stump and limbs.

Selenium, or trace mineral.
Selenium is a key mineral to ungulate reproduction.  Deer/elk crave it.  Your efforts are helping the deer/elk populations.  Especially if you're a poor shot. :chuckle:
