Where do you buy your camera bait?
« on: June 29, 2014, 02:41:25 PM »
Hi everyone my name is Robert but I go by Bob. I've been stalking the forums for awhile and admiring everyone's trail pictures. I'm an avid hunter and an active duty member of the US Coast Guard. I grew up near Spokane, WA and chased many a whitetail and turkey.

Now my question is where do you buy your bait for the cameras and what do you use?

If you don't mind saying

Wilco. Orchards feed store. Coastal. Any place that carries farm foods. Bits n Spurs in fern prairie/Camas has apple flavored corn. Wet or dry COB works well. Some deer have liked the Purina deer chow, but I've had no luck with it.

Apples work best.

Just be careful, you can attract bears with some of the sweet feeds.
