Plastic Buckle Clips for Bushnell Trophy Cam
« on: July 07, 2014, 11:18:40 PM »
I have a Bushnell Trophy Cam and the plastic buckle clips broke when a friend over tightened it. I want to order some replacement buckles ASAP so I can bring them out when I go check my cam this weekend. Does anyone have a Bushnell trophy cam handy that can tell me the exact width of the strap so I can get the right size buckles? I'm guessing 1/2" or around 3/4".

I'd check, but mine have been replaced with REI sleeping bag straps. (the REI ones are 1")

I think the Bushnell ones were 3/4"

Your local hardware store probably has them.  Mine does...
They're nothing special.

Joanne Fabrics will probably have something that you could use.

Personally, I don't even use the buckles and just tie a square knot in the back. Faster and easier for me. :twocents:

Me to, I broke the buckles on my Bushnell and a knot works much better.

I use a python cable and toss the straps in the trash. Its like an unlock able zip tie
