Try not to eat it so fast, which is hard to do for me.

It lasts up to 5-6 months in the refrigerator. I usually do up a batch big enough to last about that long, then I just make some more. It's really easy to make.
I've never heard of anyone doing that to walleye. Care to share your recipe?!
