There is a lot to know other than what type of gun to use and where to go. Best bet is to start with hunters safety, you can't hunt without it. Also try to find new friends that hunt ethically to tag along with.

Good luck

You can't go wrong with savage arms I would suggest a .27 or .30 win for deer.
Hunters-ed is a good place to start when you want to learn more about hunting.
also to hunt deer you have to have at least a .24 cal for Washington state and must have a center fire rifle. Good luck

I'm sure you will post any hunting information you get on every forum out ther just like you do for fishing.  You post pictures of snagged fish with huge cuts in them and brag about it like we care if you can snag a fish.  You are not gonna get any info on spots to poach deer like you do fish.  Anyone who helps this guy can expect the spots givin to be ruined!
