Welcome to Washington.  NE Washington is a great place to start, and Idaho is just across the border.  You are in paradise.  If you ever get the chance, spend some time in SE Washington (in the Blue Mountains)--I have heard that there aren't any elk there.

Im still trying to learn the different areas of the state, but ive already heard about the Blue Mountains...;)

My father retired from Tinker back in 87'. It's a great place to live if you love chasing Whitetails. Thank u for your service.
