One is a bigger 2pt. Older regressed buck maybe...
Aim small, miss small.

Nice deer! That 2pt is just a 2.5-3 year old buck not a older deer. A lot of mule deer will NEVER get over 2 points on a side. I see at least 5 or 6 BIG mule bucks every year, one in particular that goes 140 plus inches and only has 2 points per side. The more you mule deer hunt the more you will see how common it actually is.

Nothing more  frustrating and or fun than putting the sneaks on a giant 2 point. Funstrating.... I'm a believer this has all stemmed from the 3 point regulation. Many people are out for the big old brute buck, but take all the great genetics with it, instead of taking the first buck that they can.  Too many differences in genetics  to list  from the times of any buck until now in the area I hunt.
