I would rather have a camera than doesn't miss anything and takes average pics than a camera that has a slower or less accurate trigger and takes great pics. I use the smaller IR Tascos that take 4 AA batts. I used to be able to find them at Walmart for $49 but they relabeled them Bushnell and now they are $89 every where I look. Those are awesome cams. Great battery life, dependable sensors, good night time pics and amazing day pic quality, small and light too.

I have the older Truthcam 35 that takes 4 D cells. It's a fine camera but I wouldn't want to lug 4 of them loaded with batts 6 miles back and 2,500' up from the gate.
