what gmu? aren't most open for general season a zoo... I was in 239 scouting for a permit deer hunt a couple years ago an there was a quad parked at every bend in the road and a camp at every landing... I never saw an elk while scouting...

Just called dnr naneum state forest still closed. Incweb still states even all dnr closures are still in effect.

Yep not all roads are open based on their update on Sunday.  Still multiple spur rds closed. Looks like a lot of mainline rds open.

Well it took 15 min. the first day and it was all over. The weather was good if you had a pair of shorts and the elk were everywere. We got 3 tags left out of a dozen still to go, I am off to chase around some muleys now. Good luck
