Opening morning blacktail
«
on:
September 01, 2014, 11:18:07 AM »
Found this buck a couple weeks ago and kept an eye on him. Went out this morning and the plan actually came together with a 45 yard shot on this buck. First blacktail with a bow! Had my girlfriend with me and my cousin, they were just as pumped as I was!

Nice buck! I went out yesterday scouting/bear hunting and saw 8 deer, 6 were bucks, 4 button bucks 1X2, and a 2X2. All were still in velvet. Shocked to see yours is already nicely rubbed off!
