Headed out Saturday or Sunday.....  Still catching some Kings of Guemes?  Or should I hit Point Roberts and find some sockeye?  Any other spots picking anything up on the inner islands?

Go with him and find out what he's doing......

Saturday fished Reef Point on the slack... nada, moved around to Secret Harbor, no other boats, caught a kelp greenling.  Went to Eagle Point for the afternoon slack.  Saw lots of orcas, landed six kings, all shorts.  Put 70 miles on the boat, uugghh....  I did suggest to someone that they slow their troll down, next time I passed them, they were landing a sockeye, good for them.

Went out Sunday, just after the slack at Reef Point, saw one fish landed, lost one at 90 feet in 110'.  Had another hit right at the surface after reeling up to check for weeds and move up current, but it missed the lure, just felt a tug and saw a flash of silver.

Someone else I saw went further up toward Lime Kiln and got four keepers.

Heading out Sunday AM to Indian Village to fish the Flood.  I am hoping there a few kings left laying in there.  Anyone else been having any luck there this week?

Headed to the outside, Eagle Point, Saturday.  I here fishing has really picked up, kings and silvers!  Hoping to boat a few for dinner and the freezer.  Might be the last trip out this summer.  Time to start thinking of Oct. and hunting season.
