So I goggled the 7D.  They claim the 7D mark ii just came out yesterday.  its supposed to be the best thing ever. I found two prices though.  1799 and 2499...  ?  I'll have to research more but I'm gonna pick one up.  Between the kids and hunting I think it'll get its use.  I need compact video I cant see myself carrying a huge camera around.  the video ive seen on it looks amazing.  thanks for the tips guys.  Bean go fill that bull tag!!!  then get some pics.

The higher price option includes the kit lens, which Canon looks to be including the EF-S 18-135 IS STM. You'll have to decide whether you want an STM over a USM. I don't shoot much video and rather like the USM, plus I don't care for the super zooms
