 I don't, just noting it was a nice touch to leave it in for the photo op.

Takes some rip to sink it in there like that though, good hook up. Not saying thats the hook that landed the fish, but that fish did travel through some ripping water before eating that tasty corkie.

Why pick on the Puyallup why not say the same think about side drifters on the Cowlitz? Who cares how he catches them the fact is he gets out there and catches fish and makes a report with pictures and tells you where the fishing is good.

He fishes fisheries like the Puy, Carbon, Cow and lines fish using 9 to 11 foot leaders. Its a method used to get the line in the fishes mouth and the set the hook. As long as the fish is snagged from the gill plates forward there legal to keep.

Cant really say its illigal, but its not real fishing were you entice a fish to strike instead of force feeding him.

Either way he has been banned from everyother fishing site in the NW. He does this stuff to get peoples goats. But what the heck. He aint hurting anyone.  :dunno:
