Sabot aligner tool question

I am a beginner so this may be a stupid question.  Does anyone hunt with the sabot aligner tool attached to their ramrod?  Mine sticks out past the end of the barrel when attached but does not cover the barrel in any way.  Having it attached will speed up a follow up shot but I am worried it could affect accuracy.  Thoughts?

I have always kept a ballistic tip specific jag on the end of my ramrod while hunting. It won't affect accuracy.  It may get a little dirty because it will be exposed to some of the muzzle blast and may be more susceptible to corrosion because of that.  I always keep a loading jag that fits my bullets well on both my ramrod and bullet starter while hunting. I did this when I started too.  But with the plastic tips of the Hornady SST's I was shooting the tip of the ram rod with threads on it would stick to the bullet every once in awhile and pull the bullet back out of the sabot a little ways.  So to be safe I put the jag on both.

As most have said it really should not be a problem, but it drives me nuts, so I cut my rods and install the tip flush with the barrel...

I just modified the end of the original ramrod by making the hole a little bigger just used a drill bit and took jsut a tad off - works perfect

Sabotloader, what do you use to secure the tip to the rod? JBweld?
