Limited Saturday and Sunday. Lots of blues.
All the blues have been stuffed with berries; no pine needles yet.
Ruffs a mix of berries and clover.

Early archery season saw over 50 grouse. We ended up eating 8 during the hunt.

We went to Curlew to hunt ML deer last week. We should have just hung up the muzzleloader and went grouse hunting instead. We could have shot enough grouse to make up for a half a deer easily. Yeah, it has been a booner year for grouse. Remember to enjoy the year thoroughly because you never know when we'll get some bad, wet, cold springs to ruin it for a few years.
$5 is a lot of money if you ain't got it
