How did we do this year?   Unlike the WDFW I don't need to know what unit you were hunting in and unlike the record books, I don't need to know what county.  :)

Hey Bone. Can we reset this for this year?

According to these harvest numbers whitetail bucks are the hardest to get, followed by blactail bucks, then mulie bucks. The numbers don't lie! Kind of odd to see the whitetail bucks the lowest since there is more whitetail than mule deer or blactail. :dunno:.

Or perhaps more people are focusing on Mulies since in a lot of areas it's a short season and they still have the late season to hunt whitetails.

I'd say hardest to hunt and the lowest reported current success are two different numbers.  Blacktail take the hardest to hunt category by far.  Strictly cause of the terrain they live in.  I have yet to kill a whitetail though as I've only pursued them a few days out of my years hunting.   Kinda all depends on where your hunting if it's a hard hunt or not.  All these species can be found in local towns.  Especially now...

I thought about that, but most of these numbers are from last season 2014. You make a valid point though about concentrating on mule deer since there is only 10 days in most areas to take one.
