If you need anybody to hangout with say between,  August 15th (Start of Bear) thru the close of Elk season let a brother know.. No sense in you having to endure all that goodness alone. Great spot!!
I think i would have a treehouse built within that exact same location with a view of that water feature.

Sept 1st bear opener there.  Ill be there next year for elk no question.  I was there 2 days after the arch elk season this year to try to bust one of the bears that was chewing up that cam repeatedly and had one of those 6x6 bulls walk within 5 yards of me.  I honestly thought he was going to step on me.  Then i got to just sit there and watch him tear up the wallow for 20 minutes before he moved on.
