I'll see what I can dig up, there is a guy that brings his kid to hockey practice before my kids go out, that states he fishes it alot, I'll try and get some information out of him tonight..

I heard there were a few fish caught on Christmas, but a buddy of mine fished it Saturday and they saw 3 fish hooked out of 30-40 boats at Blue Creek.

It is still really slow. There have been a few big ones caught. But still very slow for Cow standards and timing.
I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me to.

glow ballin has been decent on the hookup part of fishing. but landing is a completely different story for us. very consistant fishing though and worth the trip. fish seem to be moving around 8pm-midnight and then nothing maybe a hook up every hour after that between the 3 of us that go.

ive seen 3-7 fish hooked everyday ive been down from the flats at the launch down to the creek.

id rather hit it at night when the fish are moving into the creek. its alot better fishing.

p.s. anyone who is fishing the mouth of the creek at night. bring a sidearm with you. that cougar is still in the area and ive talked to 3 guys that have seen it this season. and im 90% sure we had it creeping around in the bushes behind us the other night. you could hear faint/muffled twigs breaking and the sound of something brushing up against the grass.

lol actually so did i. but the other night when we were hearing the cat (at least im positive it was) there were a couple other guys that were down the river from us and they heard it first. they said they could hear it purring a little bit. so they took off and came past us really fast and only stopped long enough to say they "seen" it. they didnt have anything besides fishing rods to deffend themselves lol.

i got a little worried with the encounters ive had during the day with cougars over the last few years. and didnt really want to have one at night unarmed. and about half hour later i could hear it back behind us. it was a uneasy night with the thought of a cougar back in the trees watching us.

i ran into those same guys a couple days later and they were telling me about the cat. and early this year in june they had the same encounter and about 10 minutes later then cat actually walked down onto the river bank for a drink and they scared it off.
