Openeing weekend was not so good. I hunted west side and it was really hot. I came home on the first tuesday and went back to work. Headed bact to Saint Helens on that friday. Took a really heavy 6x5 on the 18th. The second week the rut was in full swing and the bulls were vocal. It was an awsome hunt. We were on elk everyday.

went great!! sept. 9th for my dad, and sept 10th, for me! 333" and 300" :)
