I am looking for a good place to go varmit hunting. Anything I can shoot with a .22LR and preferably eat lol. Grew up in Arkansas so missing me some squirrel dumplings or orange rabbit. Help!

I'm pretty sure that squirrel hunting in western wa is not legal.

You can hunt Eastern Greys just not

Good luck finding a place where eastern greys live and its legal to discharge a firearm. The only squirrels I usually see in the woods are douglas squirrels.

Hello Shaekingsley, sorry I'm a bit late in replying. I just became a member on this site, and like you, I miss that great squirrel and dumplings so instead I make a mean duck gumbo and duck dumplings. I'm from Louisiana myself, and there are plenty of places to shoot the grays on the East side, however; I didn't realize they are illegal here on the West. Go figure.
