Dang that farmers gonna go broke feeding all those critters. Did you happen to do a head count? I'd like to see it with a wide angle lens.

 :chuckle: This was in Montana and I would guess on this huge field there was anywhere between 250-500 deer, maybe more. This was taken from the road. Crazy part is you can drive less then a mile and the next field closer to the river was loaded with whitetails.

I seen that a lot by Ennis.  Sometimes a ton of muleys, sometimes a ton of whiteys, but rarely mixed.  It was curious. :dunno:

And if it were by Ennis then the next field over could be full of elk on winter range.

My FIL has property just south of Ennis between 2 big ranches. Its crazy what the "hunters" do down there.
