Very cool. Was this the norm back in the day to have game laws for each county?

Not sure, It lists a 3 member County Game Commission and the Game Wardens name. It also references some of the Mason County laws. I found it interesting that moose hunting was prohibited in Grays Harbor County during those years.

There were periods of no hunting for things like elk and bear that would last a few years back then.  And when it would open, it would be like a four day season.

When I first got my hunting license (early 60s) you could either buy a county license (which was cheaper) or a State license. The county license allowed you to only hunt in the county that issued it.

That is cool. I have been keeping one new reg's since I started hunting and my lic and tags. I have reg's in plastic covers since 1994 to 2014 plus one from my grandpa back in 1980 season. I like to look back at the prices and season changes. It is crazy how some thing change.

Wish I'd of kept my hunting regulation booklets from over the years, very unerving in some cases. they used to be only aboout 20 pages or so to well over 100 now :yike:.
You could get a deer tag for $15.00 and an elk tag for about $25.00 or so.
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Mine was a GH license in 64. Wish I still had it.
