100% for the fish.

A- for spelling and B+ for grammar/punctuation/clarity. Overall post 92%

I'm gonna knock him down an additional 2% for a semi-longarm job.  90%

It looks like a hatchery fish to me!  If I was the one who caught that I would probably bonk the fish depending on how that adipose fin looked. It says nothing in the regs about needing the adipose fin clipped and a scare visible where it as clipped.  I have caught many hatchery and wild fish and I have seen a bunch with partially clipped fins.  The adipose on a fish like that would be much larger if it hadn't been clipped.

Its 100% a hatchery fish...

Personlly, i wouldn't have killed that fish. Looks like the remaining adipose can be gripped. I would hate to be checked by a wardon that was having a chitty day  :twocents:

If it's a hatchery fish and you can prove it then there is nothing they can do. I would have gave it one good look and then I would have bonked that beaut and thrown it in the cooler.   Without a doubt it's a hatchery fish.  The natives have flawless scales and fins, not a thing wrong with them.  Defiantly a hatchery fish.

That is for sure a hatchery fish. That fin would be way more defined and big like the fish! They are clipping thousands of small slippery fish and a bunch of them get miss clipped and some not at all. I've caught a lot of fish with fins like that. I would rate the fish at about 15lbs and about 50% because it could have been cleaned up and looks like it's been dead for quite awhile in a bag.
