100% agree Silk, I'll be doing that one again, probably next weekend.

I'm glad to see you keeping up on the cardio, Trav. I'm going to need help packing my bear out in a couple of months.

Anyone interested, we are going to do a no weight hill run at Horse Heavan Hills. Should be six miles round trip. 8 AM Saturday morning.

Wish I could be there. This is from last March. The dogs did a lot of waiting. :)

Travis, Dave, and all, I know Travis is out for tomorrow (good reason), and Adam is out (poor excuse), don't know about the rest of you, but I'm going to hit the trail at 0700 instead of 0800, there'll be fewer people and will have less impact on the rest of my Saturday. I'm planning on running it again.

Be careful of a hip break!  At your age one fall could end it all!

I concur Timber, Scott stopped by today and it was all I could do to keep from offering him a walker.

HAHAHA, you guys are hilarious, when the two of you feel up to it, we'll have a tag team wrestling match, you two on a team against me, it'll be good fun!

Good run this morning, Dave and I were the only ones from our group that showed.  Weather was fair, light rain and wind, cloudy conditions made for a cooler run, but felt good when it was done.
