I am not sure how they are setting up teams, I was PM'd with one volunteer, looking forward to seeing other members there.. how about meeting for a dinner or something to coordinate schedules?
I have nothing against partnering up with hiway_99 but will it actually work?
My available days might not coincide with his.
I think it would be nice to meet after the meeting and figure out schedules after we have more information.

Tried registering early this week and had issues. Couldn't get signed up. Decided to try again this morning. The only classes that aren't closed are Cathlamet and Montesano. Looks like I will most likely miss out on this opportunity. Dang! :bash:

What an odd comment from a hunter.  :dunno: License fees and PR funds are probably paying for the training and the survey.

We had the class in Vancouver last night. There were actually more volunteers than areas to observe, which is great. What surprised me is that the whole production is so each team only goes out one day for four hours - that's it and it's done. It's also all done from the road. This should be interesting. We're doing ours on Sunday AM this week.

I'm supposed to be with sticknstringbow.  But if anything changes I will let you know.  Any one want to meet up before hand for dinner?  It would be cool to meet a few people from hw.

I tried signing up when it first opened up. Couldn't submit my stuff. Tried later and it was full. I was pretty disappointed.  If I could have pulled it off I would have partnered up with you Bobcat

I don't think I'll be able to get there in time to meet for dinner. I'll have to łeave work a little early just to get there by 6:00. But maybe after? I'll send you a PM.

I get off work at the college in Centralia at 5:00, figure on driving there straight from work, not enough time for dinner, but how about after?
See you there.

All the classes were filled and closed in no time. They were all in this area too. Sure hope that there is never a need for this stuff over in the eastside of the state. Its a horrible thing to witness!
