so is it a tough year this year finding sheds cause the deer might be higher?

I'm thinking they'll be more spread out this year too. Probably a lot more will be picked up during hunting seasons this year too because of it

Went out a couple weekends ago to test all my gear out in preparation for my sitka trip later this year. Everything held up two full days in all the rain. Found  some sheds which was also part of the weekend agenda.

Buddy and I had a good day yesterday finding 24 sheds. My best day ever finding 13 myself. Only 3 freshies.

The back tine on the deer's left antler looks like it has a pretty good scar on it. Very cool shed  Any close up pics?

I was thinking it was caused from a fight, but could it possibly be genetics? the elk shed I found had blood on it, maybe from another critter chewing on it?
