That spike is cool, I found one from a deer and an elk in all my years.  It was in perfect shape, neat find.

I have no clue how I spotted it! Was walking in the timber and was in a bedding area just barely noticed the white pedicure in the middle of the bed! That makes the 3rd spike elk I've found.

Way surprised to find 3 old sheds in a 2 hour window while out with my dad, stepmom and 8 year old step sister... She said to my dad "next time I'm hiking with Nick, he actually finds sheds" hahaha. Now to get back out for a full day and see what I can come up with!
