Ruger Charger reviews...
« on: February 14, 2015, 06:53:57 PM »
Anyone running one of the new Ruger Charger .22 lr??  If so what are your thoughts.  I saw one for the first time today and instantly fell in love.  How are they for accuracy?  Take down vs Non take down??  Give me a reason to buy one.... :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:   I think I fell in love, and on Valentines day of all days!!   :chuckle: :chuckle:

I love mine.  It is a great shooter and very accurate I like to shoot it from a rest due to it being heavy.

I totally envision a red dot scope and way to carry it on my dual sport.  It could be a grouse killing machine.

I've had one for years. It's great on ground rats. I have a Red Dot on mine along with a bipod. Buy a Steel Lips 30 round clip for it when you do buy one.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

These guns are absolutely amazing.  Accurate beyond belief and just a ton of fun to shoot.  I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a .22lr pistol.  I have no doubt this thing would take the head off a grouse up to 50 yards with the right optics.

I bought the take down model....would have been happy with either but that is all I could find in my are.

I think I know what my next gun is gonna be
catch it. kill it. cook it. eat it.
Forget the bear spray, use wasp killer. Concentrated delivery stream, 10X the product, and only $3.00 on sale.

I smoke two fish in the morning, I smoke two fish at night, I smoke two fish in de afternoon makes me feel alright
