June Bear?
« on: April 28, 2015, 09:39:05 PM »
Looks like my schedule says June for 101.
Hopefully, the bears will still be around.
Gathering is easy. Hunting is a challenge.

Yup, watch the ridges. Boars will be cruising

When I had my tag I saw more bears in June than the rest of the season combined.  Rut was going strong and boars were cruising. Look into a bear mating call - seen them at cabelas before. Never used one but based on all the rut activity I saw I'd think it might be successful.
