Backcountry Hunter and Anglers Event in Spokane this weekend
« on: March 04, 2015, 07:04:30 AM »
Spokane is hosting the BHA national rendezvous this weekend.  There will be a "Backcountry Brewfest" on Friday night (~12 local breweries attending), then Saturday will be full of seminars and panels finished with a great dinner and keynote speech by Randy Newburg.  Sunday we are doing a cleanup project on DNR land over by Tum Tum.

Come on out- I hope to meet some of you there!
Bart George

If you're interested, my talk will be at 9:00 regarding NE Washington Wildlife- caribou, griz, fisher, lynx, wolverine...

Interesting. I'll be staying there at the Red Lion this weekend and might have to try out some of their brews.

Trickster and Big Sky have some good ones for sure.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Sounds like an awesome event!!  WDFW meeting in the middle of the state will keep me away  :bash: ...Hunters, beer, Randy Newberg...thats a tough line up to beat if you are an enthusiastic public land hunter.
