Yes, you can freeze cheese after it is vacuum sealed. When you thaw it, let it sit at room temperature until it is completely thawed. That will help with the texture issues from freezing. Some cheeses though will be a little crumbly. Cheddar is one of them. Softer cheeses tend to freeze very well.
What are some of the things you guys have done using it to save money?I already have 24lbs of buck board bacon waiting, I plan on doing roast beef and ham for sandwiches.I am sure there is some other stuff.
