I'm going to take the kids on Saturday to Oak Creek to see the elk and play with my camera. Hopefully the clouds don't roll in.

She has a fake moustache.

Here is a new one nobody has seen.  Kind of an odd place to find a deer.  Big body on this guy.

Man you've got a gift, excellent photos, the detail of the closeups are amazing.  My favorite is the first muley picture... he's in love.

Canon 40D + 300mm f2.8 L IS @ ISO 400, f2.8, 1/1000th

Who says you can't do wildlife photography at 300mm?   ;)  One of the reasons a razor sharp lens is useful is you can crop it heavily and still get a decent image.  This lens is the sharpest Canon makes, IMO...

I'm so tired of the whining and crying about Obama, the country, liberals, etc. that we see pop up every day.  If you look to the recent topics, half are usually concerning subjects like these.  I am as much to blame as anyone as I go at it with many on here in these threads.  This site use to be dominated by hunting and photography.  I'm going to try and do my best to further that goal by posting good pictures and talking more about hunting in threads.
