Ling Cod and Rock Fish Charter

My old mans birthday is coming up next month and my brother and I are talking about taking him out on a ling cod and rock fish charter boat. Does anyone have a reasonably priced charter they would recommend? I know there are a bunch out of west port, but are there any that go out in the sound (that would be closer for us)?

You won't be keeping any rock fish out in the sound.

Not the sound. But I have been on several trips on the Freedom out of Westport. Chuck Custer is the capt. Runs a top notch operation, excellent deck hands. Have limited out every trip. Not on dinks either, big fish.
