Picked up the duck scraps today
« on: April 09, 2015, 10:12:29 PM »
I took all the birds that were shot up bad and mixed them with a hog. The end result was 170 pounds of the best teriyaki pepperoni I have ever tasted.

Butcher Boys does epic work.

Nice, would have cost a lot less to do it yourself though.   ;)

I dont know if you care, but your name is clearly visible in the picture.

What ratio pork to duck did you run? That's a load of meat for sure!

I'm not worried about the name. My name and phone number are all over the place. The mix is about 40% pork I think.

I still have Butcher Boys do my duck pepperoni as well.  They do a good job.  I just wish they still did the habanero pepperoni.  That stuff was killer.  Probably the most popular out of the teriyaki and pepperoni.

Worst part about it is the $4+ per pound you pay at Butcher Boys.  Only bad part about it.
