Duck stamp

Has anybody had trouble getting WA duck stamp.

WA Stamp or Federal Stamp?  I got my migratory bird endorsement with my Elk/Small Game discount license.  Will buy the Federal Stamp at the post office when it is available later this year.  Is there another state stamp required, or something you send in for as collector, or is it a conservation thing?

 It's actually a stamp most people used to collect kind of like the federal. I think they went away from it though

The state stamp comes from WWFA no thanks to US mail I almost missed out. WWFA sent it to me
