Carry-lite Crow Call

Hi Guys,
I've been collecting game calls for years.  I picked up this Carry-Lite Crow Call several years ago and I can't find any information about it.  Does anybody have one or do you know who made them and where they were sold?

I contacted Carry-Lite talked with some gal and she said never hear that they had one and she couldn't find any info on it either.   

So can anybody tell me anything about it ?

No date and I don't think it was ever used either.  It's in mint condition
