Where does everybody
« on: September 16, 2007, 12:48:09 AM »
get their seasoning from? I use the Sausage Maker, a company out of New York, here is their website: http://www.sausagemaker.com/

They have good prices and you can get some good deals every now and then. My Uncle who lives in Walla Walla sent me their mag. and if I ordered 50 dollars worth of stuff he got a free gift and so did I, got a nice #10 grinder from them and I got a 5lb stuffer from them, both work great. They sale the snack sticks kit with everything except for the meat, or they have the seasoning in tubs for 10 bucks, plus they sale all the differnt types of casings.  I have two shelves in my garage full of their seasoning. Got a pretty good set-up going on with the grinder with 4 different grinding plates and the stuffer and then my wife got me a Bradely digital smoker for Christmas so I had to break it in with 25 pounds of peppered snack sticks.

I get alot of my seasonings from Garlic Gourmay
http://garlicgourmay.com/
I love their mesquite garlic rub, and killer cajun.

The seasoning I use on everything is Johnny's seasoning
