don't laugh squawfish make for good eats,I take them and filet one side,cut in chunks about the size of a 1/2 dollar,I run a 3/0 circle hook through them,after that I poach them in 65 to 70 degree water for just enough time for a channel cat to get hooked...then I have some good eats
