RadSav to the rescue, no strings attached
« on: June 02, 2015, 07:56:36 PM »
The gods must have smiled on me when RadSav decided to make me a new bow string purely out of the goodness of his heart.  When i opened the package I saw he also included a new Rad peep.  How have we not awarded this guy a medal by now for all the good deeds he does for HuntWA members?!

Thanks again, Rad.  The string looks great and I appreciate your time and hard work! :hello:

Can't wait to get my new fall-away rest and the cable slide you recommended so I can get my bow shooting like a million bucks again. :IBCOOL:

Had I known that bow would show up here backwards...:dunno:

Band is the first person ever to ship me a bow to work on and include a pre-paid/pre-printed return label.  Have had guys throw in some cash for return freight, but that was a nice touch

I don't normally tie the peep in like that.  But this string material has proven to be very slick leading to peep slippage.  So I got a little angry with it!  I love working with that material.  Wife loves the colors.  Just wish it didn't fuzz up so much and wasn't so slick.  Very durable stuff.  It just gets to looking old rather quickly.  Might want to add some Scorpion string fluid while your at the store.

I have some new Rhino and Fury colors coming soon.  Maybe next time we'll put some fuzz resistant pinstripes on her :chuckle:

The most obvious solution to that problem is to have your doctor lop your arms off, turn your torso 180 degrees, and then sew them back on. ;)

Then I would need a head like this guy :o
