Idaho youth muzzy antelope
« on: June 29, 2015, 01:05:22 PM »
My son drew the Idaho unit 63-2 muzzleloader antelope tag. The season starts aug 8th. He is 12 and has had a lot of success hunting but this will be his first muzzy hunt and first antelope hunt. We are pretty excited! Any info on starting points, someone to talk too etc, just looking to get started on our scouting. This unit is only the part of unit 63 north of hiway 33. pm me or let me know any help appreciated and I will return the favor if I can help anyone else on Idaho or Montana hunts.  We have hunted a lot of Idaho but this is one area I have not been. Looks like the success rate on the hunt last year was pretty low but I put him in because the odds of drawing were really good.
